Pascale Vézina Rioux: a woman who loves adventure! Eternally passionate, she is full of energy and her desire to share is infinite.
Both a dreamer and a down-to-earth person, she likes to see further and consistently participates in projects that significantly impact others and her environment. Trained initially as a high school math teacher, Pascale has been involved with OFR since 2006 as a freeski coach. An outstanding skier, she also practices many other outdoor sports, such as backcountry skiing, kitesurfing, hiking, sailing, trail running, road biking, mountain biking and rock climbing.
Émilie has always been passionate about sports, good food and adventure. After completing a master's degree in sports nutrition, the need to share her passions became a reality when she joined the beautiful community of Les Chèvres de montagne.
What she wants most is to help you discover new recipe ideas for the outdoors that combine simplicity, healthy eco-responsible eating and of course delicious flavours. A seasoned runner and cyclist, she also loves trail running, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding. For her, happiness is easy: it's laughing, laughing again, being outside, moving and sharing good food with unique human beings!
The Les Chèvres de Montagne experience is in many Quebec regions and even Western Canada. Yes, yes! Thanks to our team of coordinators and supervisors, our Les Chèvres de Montagne community grows yearly, making outdoor sports accessible to more women. Adventure trips are also offered to help you explore the world with like-minded women.
