Les Chèvres de Montagne's mission is to make various outdoor sports accessible to women and to develop their confidence in the field. It is through initiation, progression and training events that we provide opportunities for more women to push their limits, whatever they may be. Our golden rule? Have fun without performance pressure.
Pascale Vézina Rioux: a woman who loves adventure! Eternally passionate, she is full of energy and her desire to share is infinite.
Both a dreamer and a down-to-earth person, she likes to see further and consistently participates in projects that significantly impact others and her environment. Trained initially as a high school math teacher, Pascale has been involved with OFR since 2006 as a freeski coach. An outstanding skier, she also practices many other outdoor sports, such as backcountry skiing, kitesurfing, hiking, sailing, trail running, road biking, mountain biking and rock climbing.
Émilie has always had a passion for sport, good food and adventure. After completing a master's degree in sports nutrition, the need to share her passions with others took shape when she joined the Chèvres de Montagne community.
What she wants most is to help you discover new recipe ideas for the outdoors that combine simplicity, healthy eco-responsible eating and of course delicious flavours. A seasoned runner and cyclist, she also loves trail running, cross-country skiing, and snowboarding. For her, happiness is easy: it's laughing, laughing again, being outside, moving and sharing good food with unique human beings!
