PRE-SALE 10% OFF UNTIL APRIL 15 // Join us for five runs to kick off the trail running season. We created this club so we can motivate each other to get back into the swing of things and go for runs outdoors during the week. We’re offering five evening runs focused on interval training: a warm-up, running-specific mobility exercises, interval sets, and strength training exercises. Each session will end with a run of varying duration, which will increase over the weeks. Our goal here is to have fun at the start of the season, without focusing on performance.
This is the perfect running club to kick off the season with a bang! Let’s get together for five fun girls’ running nights. The interval training sessions will be great for getting back into the swing of things after winter and preparing your body for trail running.
