This new formula offers you a progression program that complements group outings. The club offers Zoom meetings, three evening rides and one long weekend ride. The little extras? 1. sharing tools and technical advice with your coach, as well as with our sports nutritionist during Zoom meetings. 2. The opportunity to take part in the 100 gravelle cycling event at B7 if you feel like it. What are your goals? Have fun, get more comfortable on your bike, discover new routes and meet new riding partners. The club caters for all levels of cyclist.
Our team of Chèvres awaits you to ride the region's most beautiful routes, all safely and without pressure to perform. Whatever your level, you can ride at your own pace and benefit from the advice of our experts. The three evening rides are a maximum of 30 kilometers, and the long ride is 50 to 70 kilometers. Zoom meetings are not compulsory and are recorded so you can watch them whenever you like. The 100 to B7 is a weekend of gravel cycling, offering a variety of routes accessible to all. It's a great opportunity to share your passion for the sport and set a goal to match your ambitions. No pressure!

July 17 - 7 p.m. - Presentation of the club and the progression plan - your coach Gabrielle Simoneau
July 31 - 7 p.m. - Preparation and motivation for the start of the outdoor season - your coach Gabrielle Simoneau
September 4- 12 p.m. - Preparation for a long outing and sports nutrition by our sports nutritionist Émilie Richard
You will receive an 8-week progression plan. We will follow this plan during evening outings.
EVENING OUTINGS

RESUMED DATE in case of bad weather - September 4 - You must be available.
The outing will take place even if it is raining or the weather is inclement. The session will be maintained unless conditions are extreme. The itinerary will be adjusted if necessary.
LONG OUTING - Between 50 and 70 km
