PRE-SALE 10% DISCOUNT UNTIL APRIL 1 // Take advantage of beautiful spring evenings to come ride with the Chèvres Gravel Bike Club! The club offers two options: one includes five social rides led by our team, and the other includes the rides as well as a training program and technical conferences on Zoom. The goals? To have fun, become more comfortable on your bike, discover new routes, and meet new riding partners. And if you feel like it, you can add a challenge to all that: join us in the Gravelooza gravel bike race on the weekend of June 6-7 in the Eastern Townships.
Our team in Chèvres is waiting Chèvres to explore the region's most beautiful routes, all in a safe manner and without any pressure to perform. The five evening rides cover a maximum of 25 kilometers. You must therefore be able to ride for at least 1.5 to 2 hours continuously. The Zoom meetings are recorded so you can watch them whenever you want. The Gravelooza is not mandatory, but it's a great opportunity to set a goal and come experience a friendly challenge in a festive atmosphere.
Outings only - 5 evening outings
Our coaches will share their tips and advice with you. Please note that no specific techniques or individual coaching will be offered during these sessions.
It is also important to understand that our goal at Les Chèvres is to meet everyone's expectations as best we can. We will therefore try to adapt to everyone's different speeds so that everyone can get something out of it. The group may split up during the ride, but everyone will meet up again at the end for post-ride drinks.
You don't need to have a lot of experience with gravel biking, but you must be able to ride continuously for 1.5 to 2 hours without difficulty.
The training program - $60 optional, you can add it when you register
For those who would like to take their learning further, we offer the option of adding: an 8-week progression plan, two coaching sessions on Zoom with our coach, Gabrielle Simoneau, and a sports nutrition capsule with our sports nutritionist, Émilie Richard.
Here is an overview of the topics that may be covered during the Zoom sessions: gravel techniques, how to manage your speed, the correct positions to adopt on the bike, how to tackle a single track trail, etc. You will also be able to ask Gabrielle any questions you may have and benefit from her expertise.
Recordings of the Zoom sessions will be available, so you don't need to be there live if the schedule doesn't allow it.
Dates of the two upcoming Zoom meetings.
The nutrition capsule will be pre-recorded and sent to you at the beginning of the club.
