Join us every Wednesday from May 29 to July 3 for 6 weeks of exciting coaching, specially designed for women. As the club grows and gets busier, we'll be dividing forces between Mont Bellevue and Mont Hatley. Depending on which group you're in, you'll have half the sessions in Hatley (3) and the other half in Mont Bellevue (3).

The Eastern Townships Cycling Club is fortunate to be able to offer a group dedicated to more advanced drop technique / downhill technique to gain flow on intermediate and advanced trails. This group is aimed at advanced mountain bikers with our level 2 coach: Simon Drouin.
We'll be working on skills that will help you gain confidence, minimize the risk of injury and know your limits so you know when to say "no, thanks!" (That famous pressure between friends)

This is not a long-distance cycling group, but rather a way of perfecting your skills in a safe manner, with no pressure to perform.
Experience: 2 years in mountain biking (minimum 20 2-hour outings)
In complete control on "intermediate" blue trails
Confident on "advanced" black trails with roots, rocks and small obstacles.

SCHEDULE

RESUMED DATES in case of bad weather - July 10 and 17 - You must be available. If we exceed 2 resumptions, we will propose an alternative which could be to extend two sessions or to resume two in the same week, thank you for your openness.

There are no prerequisites. You will be divided into different groups according to your answers to the survey. This is the perfect time to take the time to work on skills and learn, at your own pace, in a safe and supervised way.
