The club is open to both beginners and riders who want to improve and develop certain technical skills. The goal? To learn, improve, have fun with other women, and develop good basic mountain biking techniques. All this in a supportive and inclusive atmosphere.
The club runs for six evenings, on Wednesdays, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. We will visit several mountain bike trails in the Laurentians, including Mont Avalanche, Belle-Neige, and an evening at the bike park at Mont Saint-Sauveur. Our certified coaches provide high-quality, safe instruction tailored to your skill level and goals. The mountain bike club is also a great place to meet outdoor partners to continue riding outside of class evenings.
Wednesday evenings for 6 weeks: May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17, June 24, and July 1.
5:45 p.m. - Arrival and preparation

RESCHEDULED DATES in case of bad weather - July 8 and 15 - You must be available.
If we exceed two reschedules, we will offer you solutions to make up for the missed sessions. Thank you for your understanding.

There are no prerequisites, but you must have your own mountain bike for the duration of the club.
You will be divided into different groups based on your survey responses. This is the perfect time to take the time to work on your skills and learn at your own pace in a safe and supervised environment.
