The club's aim is to enable you to progress in a supervised environment, without pressure to perform, thanks to the advice and instruction of our wonderful team of coaches and trainers.

There are no prerequisites, but it is recommended that you have your mountain bike (bikes are also available for hire at Mont SM).
You will be divided into different groups according to your answers to the registration form. This is the perfect time to work on skills and learn, at your own pace, in a safe and supervised environment. Group changes may be made following the first session to maximize learning and your experience.
