Our festive end-of-season day is back! In collaboration with Mont-Orford and Team OFR, we're introducing you to freeride and slopestyle techniques thanks to Team OFR's team of experts. The aim of the day is to tame the techniques, apply them in different contexts, such as the snow park, glades or jumps, push your limits and have fun doing it. All in a classic Les Chèvres atmosphere, with no pressure to perform. The watchword? Have fun!
It probably sounds intimidating, especially when you read the words freeride and slopestyle! But don't be fooled: the aim is precisely to learn, without pretension, from experts in these disciplines. The trails and glades of Mont-Orford are explored in a friendly atmosphere, with various surprises throughout the day near the VIP base camp at Les Chèvres.
We offer freestyle discovery workshops - super friendly! It's a bit intimidating to try to jump or to go into the snowpark with a queue of skiers watching each other jump... Team OFR (Orford Freeriders), whose mission is to supervise the progression of freestyle among skiers and snowboarders, will introduce us to these disciplines in a fun way.
Freeride discovery workshop
Discover freeriding with varied coaching all over the mountain, focusing on control, style, and maybe even jumps, both in the glades and on the piste. The Freeride workshop will focus on learning and discovering mountain techniques for more stylish descents.
Slopestyle discovery workshop
Discovery of slopestyle with coaching mainly in the snow park, focusing on jumps, ramps, control and style. The slopestyle workshop will focus on learning techniques and maneuvers on jumps and ramps.
Just bring your lunch, your festive energy and your ski equipment! The perfect day to meet new people, enjoy great skiing and practice your freeride skills.
