Experience the best of both worlds: off-trail exploration and the untamed beauty of the vast white-trail landscape, combined with cozy evenings at inns and in pods. A wonderful new offering for off-trail cross-country skiing enthusiasts: we’re offering a 3-day, 2-night trip from village to village in the heart of the Laurentian Forest. From the village of Morin-Heights to Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts via Saint-Adolphe-d’Howard, immerse yourself in the trails as you cross lakes, forests, and mountains on this 48-km expedition. This trip is designed for those who already have some experience with backcountry cross-country skiing and who want to explore part of the “routes blanches”—a network created, among other reasons, to ensure the long-term preservation of the unique intermunicipal trails in the Laurentians.
Let our experienced guide, Renée-Claude Bastien, lead you along the legendary off-trail cross-country ski trails of the Laurentians. Each day, you’ll soak up the beauty of the area as you ski through the region’s wild forests. In the evening? The comfort of a cozy bed to rest in and hot meals to recharge your energy for the next day. You’ll travel light thanks to the included luggage transport throughout your stay. An all-inclusive adventure that will let you discover the region’s most beautiful landscapes as well as a slice of the Laurentians’ history.
