• Using the map as an orientation tool
• Using the compass as an orientation tool
• Using a mobile application as an orientation tool
• Calculate the duration of a trip

To put what we've learned into practice, we'll be doing an out-and-back hike of around 10km, with about 450m of positive ascent. This itinerary will be modified as necessary to meet the day's objectives, bearing in mind that this one is not about hiking, but rather orienteering on a marked trail. 

Good to know: This course is recognized by Rando Québec, so you can add the optional training certificate to your registration ($25 supplement).
