Thanks to group outings and Zoom meetings that include a muscle-building plan, running-specific yoga sessions, and nutrition tips, you'll be able to see your progress over the weeks. You can choose to participate with or without a training plan if you just want to come out for an evening run. NO COACHING?
In addition to meeting other girls from the community, you can hit the trails accompanied by our team. Each outing follows a set training program in terms of duration, intervals, and pace. An inclusive club that guarantees maximum fun! It's important to mention that the 5K, 10K, and 20K race distances for Harricana are usually full as soon as registration opens. So this is your chance to join us!
OUTINGS ONLY - 6 evening outings
If you already have the Chèvres running program Chèvres are following your own personal program, this is the ideal option for enjoying runs in the Chèvres atmosphere. We will follow the Chèvres program Chèvres the runs to ensure they are structured and effective!
Our coaches will be on hand to share their tips and advice. Please note that no specific techniques or individual coaching will be offered during these sessions.
THE TRAINING PROGRAM - $75 optional, you can add it when you register
For those who would like to take their learning further, we offer the option of adding a program that includes:
A summer running progression plan that includes strength training and conditioning—for varied progression based on your goals, developed by our coach and sports physiotherapist, Edith Castonguay-Lebel

Zoom recordings will be available, so you don't need to be present live if the schedule doesn't allow it.

Six evening outings, every other Tuesday evening: June 16, June 30, July 14, July 28, August 11, and August 25
6:15 p.m. - Arrival and preparation
6:30 p.m. - Start of the session
8:00 p.m. - End of the outing
The last outing on August 25 will be a long one, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
RESCHEDULING DATES in case of inclement weather - The week following the missed outing - You must be available.
The outing will take place even if it rains or the weather is inclement. The session will go ahead unless conditions are extreme. The itinerary will be adjusted as necessary.
