Our head coach and physiotherapist with a strong background in trail running has put together a toolbox for you.
Partnership with UTHC back again this year! As an option, you'll have access to a bib for the renowned Harricana 10 or 20 km race, which takes place on September 8 in Charlevoix. As you may know, Les Chèvres offers activities on both sides of the country; in Quebec, and in British Columbia. With this program, we want to unite different communities around a similar goal. We'll have small satellite clubs in the Eastern Townships, Saguenay, Laurentians, Montreal, Quebec City and Squamish.
