The Club de course en sentier des Chèvres offers a complete training program designed and supervised by our expert coach and sports physiotherapist. The program includes seven evening runs, one long weekend run and the opportunity to take part in the Harricana de Charlevoix race in September (coveted bibs for the 5, 10 or 20 km) and the Échappée de L'Isle-aux-Coudres in June. Thanks to group outings and Zoom meetings including a muscle-strengthening plan, race-specific yoga sessions and nutritional advice, you'll be able to watch your progress as the weeks go by. We've got a real toolbox for you!
In addition to meeting other girls from the community, you'll be able to hit the trails accompanied by our team and benefit from technical advice on trail running. Each outing follows the established training program in terms of duration, intervals and pace. An inclusive club that guarantees maximum fun! It's worth mentioning that Harricana's 5, 10 and 20 km race distances are usually fully booked as soon as registration opens. So now's your chance to join in!

**The week following the missed outing **- You must be available.
The outing will take place even if it is raining or the weather is inclement. The session will be maintained unless conditions are extreme. The itinerary will be adjusted if necessary.
