Yoga en plein air - Saguenay

It's in the heart of Garderie Nature's backyard that outdoor yoga classes will be held. During these four evenings, you'll enjoy a yoga practice guided by professionals, all in the heart of nature. This natural setting is the perfect place to connect with yourself and enjoy a yoga session rooted in the present moment. We all join in on our yoga mats to do our bodies (and minds!) a world of good. You must be an Adventurous or Daring member to participate.

To Know
Required level

You must be an Adventurous or Daring member to take part in this free community event.

SCHEDULE
Thursday evenings May 1, May 8, May 16 and May 22
6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

In the event of inclement weather, sessions will be postponed to the following week (always Thursday).

On May 22, the session will be followed by the kick-off event to launch the season: an opportunity to discover Les Chèvres and the community, talk about upcoming programming, and have some fun over a beer!
